The Animus project developed models of learning for new artists in community arts and cultural animation.

Over a three year period, a partnership led by the Institute of Polish Culture at Warsaw University brought together a diverse range of artists and organisations from across Europe to share their practice through a series of site-specific demonstration projects, residencies and exchanges, as well as training and mentoring programmes. My role was on the project was to share processes of creative consultation with teams of young artists and cultural animateurs and support the delivery of model projects.

The programme was documented through a web site made with Paul Lacey (www.animusproject.net) and through a series of publications in both Polish and English. These can be found as downloads in that site.
